A walk is a walk either a morning
walk or daytime walk. But morning walk is considered more beneficial for the
health as we get fresh air to breath that freshens up our mind. It is the time
when you get fresh air or smoke free air. Efforts put during morning walk gives
better results, our organs also responds very well to it. Morning walk is also
called Ambulation. The oxygen we get early in the morning is good for joints. A

that if you stick to it consistently, you will be able to reduce weight soon.

intolerance, low levels of HDL cholesterol, high levels of triglycerides, and
insulin resistance. Those who indulge in morning walk or exercises are less
likely to develop such problems.
Walk at least 20 minutes a day in
the morning, while walking stretch your arms, legs, shoulders, joints etc. and
take deep breath during whole course also keep your back straight and shoulders
fixed just slightly backward.
Walking contribute significantly
to overall health. According to several researches it has been proved that a
walk in the morning benefits your mind, body and soul. It strengthens your
heart, delays or prevents major diseases or illness, reduces blood pressure and
risk of stroke, contributes to brain and improves brain and self-esteem. A
morning walk enables you to get good night sleep.
